"The Bridge", הסרט הדוקומנטרי החדש והעוצמתי העוסק במוזיקה, ריפוי ובמסעם יוצא הדופן של עשרה מוזיקאים ישראלים שחייהם השתנו בעקבות אירועי ה- 7 באוקטובר, יגיע לראשונה לתל אביב לערב חד־פעמי.

זהו הרבה יותר מסרט על ה- 7 באוקטובר, זהו סרט על מה שקורה לאחר מכן, ועל הכוח של המוזיקה ליצור חיבור, להעניק תקווה ולסייע בריפוי.

ב־22 בספטמבר הקהל הרחב יוכל לחוות את הסרט, לפגוש את המוזיקאים ולאחר מכן לצפות בהם בהופעה חיה, באחד ממוקדי התרבות והבידור הבולטים בישראל.

הערב המיוחד יכלול הקרנה של "The Bridge", ולאחריה מופע חי בהשתתפות מוזיקאים מתוך הסרט ואמנים אורחים מפתיעים.

הסרט הופק על ידי קווין ס. ברייט, המפיק בפועל של סדרת הטלוויזיה האיקונית "Friends".

לאחרונה הוקרן "The Bridge" במרכז מורשת מנחם בגין בירושלים בפני אולם מלא וקהל נלהב. בין הנוכחים היו שגריר ארצות הברית בישראל, Mike Huckabee, ונשיא המדינה לשעבר, ראובן ריבלין. בתום ההקרנה נשא השגריר Huckabee דברים על הסרט ועל כוחה יוצא הדופן של המוזיקה לחבר בין אנשים ולסייע בתהליך הריפוי.

בסיועו של Sam Grundwerg, יו"ר קרן היסוד העולמית, ובשיתוף עם David Fishof, מייסד Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp המפורסם בעולם, נבחרו עשרה מוזיקאים ישראלים שחייהם הושפעו מאירועי ה- 7 באוקטובר לצאת למסע יוצא דופן ללוס אנג'לס ולהשתתף ב־Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp.

במהלך שהותם שם ניתנה להם ההזדמנות לנגן לצד אגדות רוק ומוזיקאים המזוהים עם להקות אייקוניות כגון Guns N’ Roses, Skid Row, Black Sabbath, Whitesnake ולהקות מובילות נוספות.

בהמשך חזר Fishof לישראל כדי להמשיך את צילומי הסרט ולתעד את המוזיקאים ואת התהליך שעברו לאחר חוויית לוס אנג'לס. הוא חבר ל Kevin S. Bright לצורך הפקת הסרט, לצד הבמאי Brad Algood.

המוזיקה נמצאת בלב ליבו של "The Bridge". הפזמונאית והיוצרת האגדית Diane Warren תרמה לפרויקט את השיר "Prayers for This World", אותו הקליטו המוזיקאים בתל אביב. השיר והקליפ הנלווה אליו יוצאים כעת כחלק מפרויקט "The Bridge".

THE BRIDGE MAKES TEL AVIV DEBUT AT HANGAR 11 FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY

Acclaimed documentary produced by Friends executive producer Kevin S. Bright comes to Tel Aviv September 22, followed by a special live performance

The Bridge, the powerful new documentary about music, healing and the extraordinary journey of 10 Israeli musicians affected by October 7, will make its Tel Aviv debut for one night only at Hangar 11 on September 22 at 8:00 PM.

The special evening will include a screening of The Bridge, followed by a live performance featuring musicians from the film and special guest artists.

Produced by Kevin S. Bright, executive producer of the legendary television series Friends, The Bridge recently screened at the Menachem Begin Heritage Center in Jerusalem to an enthusiastic sold-out audience. Among those attending were U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee and former Israeli President Reuven Rivlin. Following the screening, Ambassador Huckabee spoke about the film and the extraordinary power of music to bring people together and help heal.

With the help of Sam Grundwerg, World Chairman of Keren Hayesod, together with David Fishof, founder of the world-famous Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp, 10 Israeli musicians affected by October 7 were selected for a remarkable journey to Los Angeles to attend Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp.

There, they had the opportunity to play music alongside rock legends and musicians associated with Guns N’ Roses, Skid Row, Black Sabbath, Whitesnake and other iconic bands.

Fishof later returned to Israel to continue filming the musicians and document what happened after their Los Angeles experience. He brought in Bright to produce the documentary alongside director Brad Algood.

Music is at the heart of The Bridge. Legendary songwriter Diane Warren contributed her song “Prayers for This World”, which the musicians recorded in Tel Aviv. The song and its accompanying video are now being released as part of The Bridge project.

The film has already received excellent reviews and powerful reactions from audiences.

On September 22, Tel Aviv audiences will have the opportunity to experience the film, meet the musicians and then watch them perform live at one of Israel’s most celebrated entertainment venues.

This is more than a film about October 7. It is a film about what happens afterward, and how music can create connection, hope and healing.
